To me, Peeta being hijacked was sadder than any of the deaths that happend in Mockingjay. I felt that Katniss had finally realized that she was in love with Peeta, and when she finally got the chance to tell him, Peeta wasn't really there anymore. It made me cry when she said Peeta still had flashbacks of the hijacking during the epilogue, because i knew he would never be the same peeta again.
